All transactions on 699jl are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are subject to minimum and maximum limits. Withdrawals require a fully verified account. 699jl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
All bonuses offered by 699jl are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering conditions are met. 699jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Abuse of bonus offers may result in account suspension.
Fraudulent activity, collusion, use of automated software, money laundering, and any attempt to manipulate game outcomes are strictly prohibited on 699jl. Violations will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant Philippine authorities.

Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility will result in account suspension and may result in forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. If 699jl determines at any time that you do not meet these requirements, your account will be suspended immediately and the matter reviewed in accordance with our internal compliance procedures.
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on 699jl. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. 699jl is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 699jl login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 699jl support immediately.
699jl will never contact you to request your password via any channel, including live chat, email, or SMS. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.
699jl operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission. 699jl reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
All financial transactions on 699jl are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 699jl accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other methods as may be made available from time to time.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be displayed at the time of transaction.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your 699jl account instantly. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance. 699jl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or network issues beyond our control.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. 699jl reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend the associated player account pending investigation.
699jl does not accept deposits made with funds derived from illegal activities. Any deposits suspected of being connected to money laundering or other financial crimes will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities in accordance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by fully verified 699jl account holders. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise specified. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
699jl aims to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes, subject to successful KYC verification and the absence of any pending compliance review:
699jl reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal in the following circumstances: the account has not completed KYC verification; there is an active investigation into the account; the withdrawal amount includes bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements; or there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.
699jl is not liable for any losses incurred by a player as a result of a delayed withdrawal where such delay is caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or circumstances beyond 699jl's reasonable control.
699jl may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds will expire at the end of the validity period.
699jl employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting technical errors, using low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Any player found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonus funds voided, their account suspended, and any winnings derived from abusive play forfeited.
699jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of cancellation will be notified and their bonus funds handled in accordance with the promotion's existing terms.
Each game available on 699jl is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of a discrepancy between the game rules displayed on screen and the rules stored on 699jl's servers, the server-side rules shall prevail.
All casino games on 699jl that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG systems used by 699jl's game providers are independently tested and certified to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes.
In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault that affects the outcome of a game round, 699jl reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. 699jl is not liable for any losses or missed winnings resulting from a game malfunction. The decision of 699jl's technical team regarding malfunctions is final.
If a player is disconnected from 699jl during an active game round, the game will continue to its natural conclusion based on the game's rules and the player's last recorded action. 699jl is not responsible for losses incurred due to internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 699jl and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to Philippine law enforcement authorities:
699jl cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies. Any activity on the platform that is suspected to constitute a criminal offense will be reported to the appropriate authorities, including but not limited to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.

Any unauthorized use of 699jl's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 699jl.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 699jl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 699jl platform, including but not limited to:
In all cases, 699jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 699jl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 699jl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
699jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012). By using 699jl, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
699jl implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and 699jl cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
699jl will not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with third-party service providers who assist in operating the 699jl platform, subject to appropriate data processing agreements.
699jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account termination for cause, 699jl reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is not due to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting 699jl support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, and any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of 699jl, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
For disputes relating to specific game outcomes or transaction processing, players must submit a formal complaint to 699jl support within fourteen (14) days of the disputed event. 699jl will investigate and respond to formal complaints within ten (10) business days.
699jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date reflecting the date of the most recent revision.
For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, 699jl will provide advance notice to registered players via email at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of 699jl after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using 699jl and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13 of these Terms.
